This lovely one bedroom apartment is in a great location being literally 4 minutes walk (350m) from Gran Playa, one of Santa Pola´s largest beaches!

The property is located on the fourth floor with access via a lift and stairs. Upon entering, you will find a fitted and well equipped open plan kicthen including a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, wshing machine and microwave. The living room has two comfortable sofas with extendable seats, a dining suite and an air conditioning unit. Double patio doors flood the room with lots of natural light and lead out to a wide balcony. There is a table and two chairs with views over the salt lakes and mountains in the distance. The ample bedroom has a double bed, an electric fan and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower, toilet and basin with cupboard below.

There is plenty of off road parking in the area so it shouldnt be an issue even in the height of summer. Locally there are several bars, restauarants, convenience stores,a bus stop and sports facilities. Along Gran playa you will find lots of great bars and restaurants open all year round with superb views of the beach and sea. The port and main promenade are just 15 minutes walk and the town centre with its shops and main square is only 20 minutes.
