Villa Azul in La Marina (Alicante) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming house. It has absolutely everything you could need, and you can see how much care has gone into every detail to make guests feel comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor hot-water shower, which was perfect after returning from the beach. Although the beach is about an 8-minute drive away, the journey is very easy. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, switching off from everyday life and enjoying a few restful days. The small entrance porch is also an ideal spot for breakfast or a quiet morning coffee. The upper terrace is spectacular at night; looking at the stars from there was an incredible experience. The area is also very convenient, with plenty of international shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The house is welcoming and full of character, surrounded by plants that create a very pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. As a welcome touch, we found cold water in the fridge and coffee capsules for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with every kind of utensil and cookware needed to prepare meals comfortably. We would also like to highlight how comfortable the mattresses are: we slept wonderfully and enjoyed a truly restful night's sleep throughout our stay. Without doubt, it was a fantastic stay. We recommend this house 100% and would happily return.

This is the fourth year we have rented a holiday home through Somos Rentals. We have said it before. James and his team almost always charge much lower prices than many competitors. We rent through Somos Rentals, and quite a few of our friends do too. James and his team are affordable, friendly, helpful and fair. It seems this weekend will be the last time we enjoy a home from the Somos Rentals catalogue. We are staying at Casa Rosa in the San Fulgencio/La Marina development. Somos promotes it on its billboards, and rightly so. This is the third time we have rented it. We love it.

Just back from spending a lovely week at villa for me and my partner pool was right at front of house and the consum square area which has very affordable large supermarket was just out bk of house their is several lovely restaurants and bars all with in 2 mins walk from house Indian Chinese kebabs pizza cocktail bar steak house Italian restaurants everything u need is short distance away pool was large communal pool and house had everything that we needed 10 outa 10 from us can't wait go bk thanks from Martin Angela.

In my opinion, anyone who says another agent is cheaper than Somos Rentals must be mistaken. James and his hardworking assistant Daisy focus on good service and are very friendly. My stay at Casa Marina del Rey through Somos Rentals was wonderful. Dealing with the company and communicating with the team were both very pleasant. Casa Marina del Rey in La Marina, Elche Vacation to remember! Absolutely stunning house nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. First time we stayed in this beautiful house only 800m (walking distance) from the sand beach, in January and we are back again! Spacious rooms, very clean with lots of windows and day light. All marble stairs and tiles. It’s 5 of us now, one queen size bad, two single beds and one futon, all extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, for all our needs. Roof terrace facing the beach, plus balcony and terrace at the house entry. Our hosts are professional and friendly and we highly recommend this gem for nice and quiet vacation!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Marina del Rey! It truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I was impressed with how spacious the house is, which made it perfect for our group. It was very clean, cozy and the decor and furnishings are stunning. It is a 10-minute walk to a beautiful and clean beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Very nice finca in Spanish style. Very quit. You need a car to visit the Surroundings. The beach and shops and towns ( alicante, elche, Santa pola) are near by (about 15 min)…beautiful exotic plants and flowers in the garden, and enough space to sit around . Good bbq and fire place … safe with gate .. the beds were very good and clean .
